The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Sustainability in building - Energy , materials
• Green Rating tools - LEED etc
• Project Management- certification

Ideal Candidate

• Manage Green Rating process of projects and ensure target achievement, such as LEED, etc.
• Building Mechanical experience, Chiller Plant , Energy Audit including dynamic simulation. familiar with energy modeling software
• Project management for local and overseas projects (e.g. design, computation, M&E, facilitation & advisory, etc.)
• Good project management and organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Prepare reports and presentations for project submissions.
• Conduct all necessary calculations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, etc.
