The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

• Provide onsite or remote software supports; installation, configuration, maintaining, testing of software-related solutions
• Liaise with end-users to resolve technical issues and provide feedback to our development team / independent software vendor for the solution enhancement
• Provide training to our partners and customers on our solutions
• Documentation of software information and supporting of technical materials
• Support Sales & Marketing as a software pre-sales role.

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

• Knowledge of Security, Network, Web programming, or SQL / MySQL.
• Experience in PAM / IAM Security solutions such as Cyberark, Powerbroker, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, and others.
• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science or other related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in software.
• Skilled in general software troubleshooting in a business environment
• Willingness and strong passion for learning new technologies and practices
