Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Manage day-to-day communications, timelines, and deliverables across multiple social media projects
• Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, content calendars, and digital initiatives
• Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for creative and media teams
• Coordinate closely with designers, copywriters, and media teams to ensure smooth execution
• Review content before delivery to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and quality
• Monitor campaign progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports and insights for clients
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance or expand services
• Manage revisions and feedback cycles efficiently
• Maintain organised documentation of project timelines, feedback, and deliverables

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination, preferably in a social media or digital marketing agency.
• Fresh grads with a knack of communication are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Familiarity with content production workflows and campaign timelines
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including paid ads, engagement metrics, and lead generation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
