The Job

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Design and implement multi-channel retention campaigns using email, SMS, push notifications, and direct communication.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to meet retention and engagement targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align retention efforts with broader marketing and product goals.
• Leverage data and insights to fine-tune campaign messaging, timing, and targeting.
• Continuously test new ideas to improve customer lifecycle performance and reduce churn.
