Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and support enterprise network and security infrastructure.
- Perform upgrades, patching, hardening, and performance tuning.
- Support projects, system changes, and production releases.
- Provide second-level incident, problem, and disaster recovery support.
- Maintain network configurations, capacity planning, and documentation.
- Participate in 24/7 shift-based operations.
Requirements
- Degree in IT or related field, with 5+ years of network engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and DNS.
- Experience with cloud environments and data centre operations.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a high-availability environment.
- Network or security certifications are a plus.
