The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

• Responsible to implement and integrate IT security solutions/products.
• Reports to Head of Deployment
• Manages project implementation activities following a customer sale
• Manage and follow the project implementation life cycle
• Meets customer expectations and ensures customer implementations are completed on-time and within budget
• Documentation for project requirements
• Provide after sales support service and technical support (24x7 SLA)
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer session

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

• Fluent in written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Poly or A-Levels or equivalent preferred (Fresh grads with relevant IT education background are welcome to apply)
• A good knowledge or interest in IT Security
• Working knowledge of MS Visio and Gantt Chart
• Good knowledge on networking: TCP/IP, firewall, switching and routing
• Good knowledge on setting up Windows/Linux servers and VM
• Willingness to work after office hour and standby during weekend
• May be required to travel overseas as and when
• Able to work independently at customer’s premises
• CISSP or CISA or equivalent Certs would be beneficial
• Experience in security system integrator environment is an added advantage
• Hands - on experience with Web Security, DNS, Firewall, PAM solutions is a highly added advantage
