The Job
You will be responsible for :
Client Acquisition:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients within the recruitment and consulting sectors who use job portals, CRMs, and professional networking platforms.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable recruitment solutions.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to target prospective clients, generating leads through various outreach methods (calls, emails, and networking events).
Solution Presentation:
- Conduct product presentations and service demonstrations, highlighting how our recruitment solutions meet the client’s business needs.
Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to continuously refine business development approaches.
Platform Optimization:
- Help clients optimize the use of job portals, CRMs, and recruitment tools for talent acquisition processes.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 2 years of experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the Staffing / Executive Search industry.
- Proven experience in business development within the recruitment or consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of job portals, CRMs, and networking platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
