The Job

Responsibilities:

• Attend and assist to customer queries, maintain good customer service and serve customers politely.
• Putting on a smile with positive thinking. Greet customers with a welcome.
• Work as a team to hit monthly sales targets.
• Assist with replenishing, packing and sorting of stocks.
• Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory.
• Cashiering duties, simple shop housekeeping.
• Shop opening and closing, simple administrative duties.
• Shop training provided.
• Planning work schedule.

Ideal Candidate

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of retail sales experience.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, team player, motivated and driven.
• Must be able to work retail hours (i.e. shift work, public holidays and weekends).
• Experience in retail would be an advantage.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Training will be provided.
• Assist organizing display.
• Must be cheerful, friendly, sociable, and helpful.
• Strong interest in trend/fashion.
• Be responsible, People-oriented, putting a smile on face and possess a positive working attitude.
• You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Retail.
• You have working knowledge of customer service
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
• You are a strong team player and as well as strong Independency.
