The Job

As a Research Analyst your responsibilities are:

  • Developing and maintaining a structured industry database from sources of varying quality
  • Acquiring industry knowledge and expertise, and keep updated on industry news
  • Working closely with market facing teams, gathering information and discussing themes
  • Preparing daily reports on market news, present monthly research pieces
  • Modelling demand and supply, and forecast near and medium term price ranges

The Profile

  • You have a degree in any relevant discipline, demonstrated academic achievements
  • You have a proficient in MS Excel, basic modelling ability with basic exposure to statistics, regression and optimization
  • You have an Analytical and strong logical thinker, results orientated
  • You have are a team player, a good listener and good communicator
  • You have a systematic and organized, ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
  • You have ability to converse fluently in English and Chinese to liaise with buyers and sellers
