The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Management and Execution of Technical Events, Onsite and Virtual Meetings. Travelling domestically and internationally for events.
  • Developing an event strategy and roadmap to execute events that boost business development and customer relationship building.
  • Client Mapping and New Business Acquisition, while achieving Sales Targets.
  • Liaise with customers to obtain a thorough brief of their requirements, and provision a solution based on what would be best suited.
  • End-to-end accountability to plan and execute virtual/hybrid meetings by working in collaboration with the business meeting owner and external partners for all aspects of the meeting, including coordination with internal teams, contract negotiations, planning meetings, status calls, etc.
  • Financial management (vendor/customer proposals, invoices, reconciliation etc.).
  • Proposal creation and contract negotiations.
  • Attainment Planning through effective goal setting, designing sales incentives to drive business objectives and territory analysis & definition for sales maximum effectiveness.
  • Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Operating Virtual Platforms, Conferencing and Reporting Tools (Training will be provided)
  • Managing a team of 1-5 people.

  • Experience in B2B Technology Sales and Project Management.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong planner with excellent project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command and fluency in the English Languages – Written & Spoken
