The Job

• Responsible for day-to-day inspection of in-process and finished products.
• Conduct daily hygiene inspection of process workers, process rooms and related areas to ensure it meets the required standards.
• Ensure proper records of product and hygiene inspections.
• Responsible for reporting any non-conformance of products/process/ hygiene violation in a timely manner.
• Assist in guiding production leaders/operators in implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement in production area.
• Assist in product development and ensure proper maintenance of all data, documents and records relating to product development.
• Assist QA Executive in implementation/ maintenance of SFA, Halal, ISO22000 & HACCP certifications.
• Assist QA Executive on Quality-related matters.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science or Microbiology.
• At least 1 year of experience as Quality Control in Food Manufacturing industry.
• Understanding of ISO 22000/ HACCP/GMP/ Halal requirements is an advantage.
• Meticulous, positive working attitude, able to cooperate and communicate with all levels of employees.
