The Job

Responsibilities:

• Formation of the work of the team from: producer, project manager, developer, tester, designer, editor
• Setting goals
• Supervision of the full production cycle of mini-games (Playable Ads)
• Formulation of hypotheses, evaluation of test results, analytics together with the marketing team
• Related tasks for the project (document flow when forming relationships with contractors, for example)

Ideal Candidate

Skill Requirements:

• Experience building teams (Producer, Project manager, Developer, Tester, Design, Editor)
• Experience in writing plots, logic, and mechanics playable
• Working with Playable Metrics
• Trend watching in this direction
