The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Managing and providing meaningful consultation for a wide range of e-commerce web projects with our clients
• Conducting initial meetings to gather project requirements, applying business and marketing acumen to provide insightful ideas to bring the client’s vision to life
• Being the main communication bridge between the web developers, designers and clients
• Providing accurate translation of the web features and design requirements
• Managing project timeline and expectation, while building strong relationships in the process to achieve customer satisfaction 
• Driving user experience research and concept development

The Profile

• You have a Degree/Diploma in any relevant field with 2 years of experience in project management, events or client fronting roles
• Knowledge in web design and development is advantageous
• You are creative and passionate about proposing ideas
• You possess good written and verbal communication and people skills
• You are self-motivated, highly organized and possess an eye for detail
• You are able to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
