The Job
We’re looking for a Product Marketing staff to support the Credit Cards team with product and usage campaigns. This role involves helping with planning, communication, and tracking of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor market trends and competitors.
- Prepare FAQs and briefing materials for frontline and operations teams.
- Prepare T&Cs and clearing them with internal stakeholders.
- Support campaign fulfilment and assist with reports.
- Help with UAT testing and general admin work as needed.
Ideal Candidate
Requirements
- Able to work independently and manage changing priorities.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Prior work or internship experience is a plus.
