Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve digital products—boost automation, reduce cost, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Support the bank’s digital vision by helping shape innovative digital capabilities and solutions.
- Assist in new product development and migration activities.
- Coordinate and support UAT and BVT testing for new product releases.
- Manage governance tasks and follow-ups with internal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain process flows and SOPs to support smooth rollout and operations.
- Oversee commercialization and migration activities, ensuring tasks are completed with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of information technology and digital product development.
- Experience in product management or related fields.
- Good documentation and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and follow through on tasks.
