The Job
A Product Development Junior Analyst is responsible for developing new products and enhancing or re-design the current product to meet the client and company objectives. He/she has up-to-date knowledge about online gaming products to interpret product requirements. To analyze, understand, and prepare new product requirements by working with internal and/or external providers, and to develop a new product in an effective manner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide regular market & trend movement analyst reports to the Product Manager
- Research and analyze industry trends and product improvement not limited to UIUX, and back offices, and recommend the product road map accordingly.
- Organize and prepare analysis needs and feedback information, analyze data regularly, complete product continuous improvement and innovation, enhance user experience, and be responsible for the quality and effectiveness of continuous products releases
- Understand and create both business and technical requirements.
- Oversee UAT and Production progression, follow up, and report findings to Product Assistant Manager and Developer Teams
- Good in coordination and able to multi-task different product improvements.
- Support daily ad-hoc inquiries related to the product’s latest trends and direction.
- The position will be working from home
Ideal Candidate
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Information Technology or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin in order to be able to liaise with stakeholders in the region effectively.
- Know how to read a Software Requirement document.
- Know how to call an API using Postman/Other tools.
- Must be a team player.
- Prototype/doing mock-up experience is a must.
- Responsible, willing to learn, and take initiative on tasks with minimum supervision from superiors.
- Easily adapts to the working environment and the demands of workloads from the management.
- Willing to be trained for different kinds of products and applications.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Product or Business Analysis roles in relevant industry
- Knowledge of the gaming industry & experience in project management is a plus.
