The Job

As a Presales Engineer

  • You need to understand customer use-case, requirements and the ability to architect a tailored solution that maximizes value for the customer
  • You need to deliver value proposition including live feature demos of our product offerings to technical and non-technical end-users
  • You need to build sustainable, trust-based relationships with early customers and adopters
  • Actively engage with the marketing and sales teams for targeted lead generation and conversion

 

The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years of presales support and/or development experience with SaaS products
  • You have strong communication skills, native fluency in English (Mandarin is a plus)
  • You have Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business/Computer Science/IT or similar
  • Posses experience or specialization in the application cyber-security domain is a plus
  • posses experience with JIRA, Zendesk Suite, HubSpot or similar services is a plus
