The Job

Responsible for smooth and efficient support in order fulfilment activities (order issuance, order status, order tracking, shipping). Ensure all paperwork are done and checked. Act as the main coordinator for regional distributors on all order fulfilment requests and issues. Control customer order management to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Execute entire order management process (order entry to invoicing)
• Support tender bidding
• Generate Application for exports bills & credit note
• Follow up pending orders, backlog status and payment
• Collaborate with internal & external parties for operation purposes
• Monitor shipment status and meet delivery dates
• Maintain records for all outbound shipment and forwarder information in SAP & OB table
• Schedule and coordinate with international freight forwarder transactions
• Perform any administrative duties of documentation and reports
• Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• Minimum diploma level with at least 1 - 2 years of experience in sales coordination, logistic industry, or supply chain function
• Experienced with order management process and shipment documentation
• Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Excel) & SAP
• Independent and possess initiative
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive mindset
• You have at least 1 year experience ideally as a Order Fulfillment within IT Services.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
