The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working knowledge of Operations and Logistics is preferred
• Working experience in Shopify
• Can manage projects using Agile Methodology (Scrum) is a big plus
• Maintain and prioritize any backlogs together with the client
• Coordinate tasks and assign projects to the appropriate parties
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Helps manage any project issues and suggests system improvements
• Help with inbox organization, task management, notes
• Research (especially within the scope of current systems)
• Reporting (Excel/sheets, SQL/python would be amazing)
• A generalist who is comfortable with a broad role and can go where I go
• The ability to leverage AI would be great

Ideal Candidate

• You have at least 1 year experience ideally as a Project Manager or Transportation / Logistics within Apparel & Sporting Goods.
• You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
