The Job

Key responsibilities areas :

• Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders such as booker and staff on flight deployment
• Allocate duties to staff based on service requirements
• Update daily log sheet and pending emails
• Prepare On-day reports
• Prepare daily deployment and raise authorisation forms
• Be constantly alert on procedures and existing SOP with business partners
• Must have the team work spirit amongst colleagues of all levels so as to ensure all work flow can be executed diligently.
• Consistently have a courteous and hospitable attitude at all times when on duty to both internal and external stakeholders.

The Profile

You have :

• Able to work on shift rotation, weekends and public holidays
• Able to keep up with the fast and dynamic pace
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and IT Savvy
• Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated and responsible
• Must attend weekly swabs
• Training will be provided
