The Job

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
• Create content for social media, brochures, and online platforms that aligns with the brand’s values of care and compassion.
• Manage and update the company’s website and social media pages.
• Coordinate with funeral homes, suppliers, and community partners for joint promotions or events.
• Support event planning, including memorial fairs, grief seminars, and community outreach.
• Conduct basic market research to understand client needs and competitor activities.
• Assist with photography and layout of promotional materials, casket catalogs, and showroom displays.
• Monitor online inquiries and direct leads to the appropriate team.
• Track performance of marketing efforts and prepare basic reports for management review.

Ideal Candidate

• You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Marketing Communications within Healthcare & Lifesciences industry.
• Experience within would be a strong advantage.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
