The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the operation of catering delivery & logistic department
• Ensure all routes of delivery drivers are well planned to achieve efficiency and on time deliveries
• Arrange for ad-hoc drivers for daily delivery
• Follow up and ensure the kitchen to deliver orders prior to delivery and accordingly to schedule
• To be a back up to drivers for delivery when needed
• Recruit, train and supervise staffs to ensure for smooth operation
• Ensure that vehicles are in good working condition and to maintain cleanliness and tidiness of vehicle
• In charge of vehicles inspection, repairing and related matters
• Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• Proven work experience as catering delivery service or similar role will be an advantage
• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Able to lead the logistic team
• A team player and flexible mindset
• Willingness to work on weekend/Public Holiday when needed
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
