The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Liaising daily with agents, management and, on occasions, record labels on touring periods and other live requirements.
• Must know current Music trends across Western & Asian Music genres. 
• Plan routing and arranging dates with venues & ticketing companies.
• Confidently issuing show confirmations and contracts plus creating and updating artist touring schedules
• Co-ordinating tour announcements / liaise with management, venues and ticket agents
• Collating ticket figures every week.
• Producing Certificates of Sponsorship
• Raising commission invoices, settle show payments and create show insurance requests.
• Attend shows and events when required to represent the company (evenings and weekends)
• Professionally managing phone calls, regular meeting schedules and high email volume efficiently.
• High level of admin and show data inputting.
• Has to produce weekly ticketed shows.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 3 years experience working for a live booking agency, promoter or associated business.
• Hard work, positive and can do attitude
• Ability to work well within a team and be self-motivated to work individually under pressure
• Willingness to listen, learn quickly and finish tasks with speed and efficiency
• Self motivated, ability to work as a team but also individually and can work well under pressure
• Exceptional organisation and time management with an initiative-taking, problem solving attitude
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Highly proficient IT skills – (MAC / Excel / Word / Mail)
• Confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Strong understanding of key social media platforms
