The Job

Responsibilities:

• Transition of IT operations from incumbent Managed Service Providers to our Managed Services Validate the scope of existing IT Operations and highlight the gaps
• Analyse and highlight the risks associated with transitions of existing operations
• Provide Risk mitigation plan and Stop-gap arrangement considering the existing IT scenarios Conduct on-site audit and document all IT infrastructure towers such as Network Applications, Systems, End users etc
• 5+ Years of relevant experience in IT Operations including Infrastructure, Applications & End-users etc
• Experience in IT Operations Transitions and Project Management, ITIL and ITSM tools.
• Excellent Knowledge in ITIL process including High-level Technical Know-how of all the IT Domains
• Track milestone for every project
• Ensure project documentation handover to client
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and process is required
• Strong research, investigation and evaluation skills, with a structured approach to problem solving
• Experience using Trouble ticketing tools such as Servicenow/remedy for handling trouble tickets Working experience in Service Now, Microsoft Projects, and other Project Management related
