The Job
Responsibilities
- Manage projects end to end, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Maintain timelines, track deliverables, and ensure completion.
- Update presentation decks for weekly status meetings.
- Conduct daily stand-ups with stakeholders for alignment.
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and escalate when needed.
- Track IT budgets and ensure financial accountability.
- Plan implementation cut-overs and prepare run-books.
- Ensure compliance with governance requirements.
Ideal Candidate
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in managing complex projects.
- Strong skills in planning, risk management, and delivery.
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with Avaloq systems is a plus.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
