The Job
Responsibilities
- Analyze/Define/Document detailed functional/non-functional requirements and operations processes
- Review business requirements in collaboration with business units
- Manage requirements scope, risks and issues
- Coordinate testing and clarify/classify findings
- Provide technical support on Windows applications
Ideal Candidate
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Technical skills to support Windows applications
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective communicator
- Able to take charge and work in a fast paced environment
