The Job

Responsibilities

• Analyze/Define/Document detailed functional/non-functional requirements and operations processes
• Review business requirements in collaboration with business units
• Manage requirements scope, risks and issues
• Coordinate testing and clarify/classify findings
• Provide technical support on Windows applications

Ideal Candidate

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Technical skills to support Windows applications
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Effective communicator
• Able to take charge and work in a fast paced environment
