The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and oversee the upgrade project for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, collaborating closely with vendors and business users. This includes capturing requirements, performing gap analysis, and preparing comprehensive progress reports for management.
  • Deliver on-site support for existing Goldbell's CRM system, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any technical issues or user queries. Proactively gather and consolidate user feedback, analyzing and documenting suggestions, concerns, and enhancement requests.
  • Conduct training sessions for Goldbell sales users. Respond promptly to training requests and provide ongoing guidance and assistance.
  • Continuously update and maintain user manuals to ensure they reflect the latest features, enhancements, and best practices of the CRM system.

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in IT or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with a strong understanding of its functionalities and capabilities. Experience in working with other Microsoft products such as SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, etc., would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in navigating and troubleshooting Windows operating systems and various Internet browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.).
  • Independent and self-motivated with a strong ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly, as the staff will be expected to grasp the CRM system within a short duration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
