The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Support internal and external end users including set up, maintenance and troubleshooting, system monitoring (e.g CCTV), network monitoring inside tunnel and perform weekly/monthly data backup.
• Monitor job progress and handle all issues that arises
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

• Diploma/Degree in IT or relevant majoring in Computer Science
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the IT environment.
• Proficient in Windows 7, 8, 10 OS, TCP/IP, WIFI, Data Migration, Printer Driver setup
• Hand-on knowledge in IT infrastructure, Cisco phone system, MS Active Directory and SCCM
• Must be willing to work at a Construction Project site office at Tuas
• Proficient in Windows 7, 8, 10 OS, TCP/IP, WIFI, Data Migration, Printer Driver setup
• Hand-on knowledge in IT infrastructure, Cisco phone system, MS Active Directory and SCCM
