The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Provide remote support to do basic troubleshooting
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices and printers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve end user application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation
  • Provide support for Odoo ERP System 

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Have at least 2 year experience, ideally within a Helpdesk / Technical Support or Software Engineer role.
  • Have some experience in ERP
  • Possess strong knowledge of Python, HTML and HTML5 / CSS.
  • Fast learner, Resourceful and self-driven, able to work independently
  • Proficient in both English and mandarin
  • Provide suitable work environment, broadband, computer and mobile in home
  • Allow us monitor your working remotely via camera
