The Job
The Integration Engineer is responsible for onboarding clients by integrating their business into company products and continuing support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate with relevant parties to set up and/or modify the platform for clients
- Keep track and follow up with clients on product launching and other requests
- Provide support to clients on product/platform/finance/IT and other topics
- Provide support to the internal team for client-related topics
- Participate in change and project management
- Participate in incident and/or problem management
- Prepare reports for integration status, change requests and incident
- Any other duties as dedicated by direct superior
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in IT technical & operational support
- Hands-on IT knowledge including Web, APP, API, Network & Infrastructure
- Analytical skills to resolve problems in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritization, follow up, good time management, and work under pressure
- Knowledge of the gaming industry and/or payment gateway is a plus
- Required language(s): Chinese (Mandarin) and English both written and oral in order to be able to liaise with stakeholders in the region effectively.
