The Job

The Integration Engineer is responsible for onboarding clients by integrating their business into company products and continuing support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate with relevant parties to set up and/or modify the platform for clients
  • Keep track and follow up with clients on product launching and other requests
  • Provide support to clients on product/platform/finance/IT and other topics
  • Provide support to the internal team for client-related topics
  • Participate in change and project management
  • Participate in incident and/or problem management
  • Prepare reports for integration status, change requests and incident
  • Any other duties as dedicated by direct superior

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT technical & operational support
  • Hands-on IT knowledge including Web, APP, API, Network & Infrastructure
  • Analytical skills to resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritization, follow up, good time management, and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry and/or payment gateway is a plus
  • Required language(s): Chinese (Mandarin) and English both written and oral in order to be able to liaise with stakeholders in the region effectively.
