Snaphunt Pte Ltd – Hiring Consultant

As a Hiring Consultant, you will be a key point of contact for Snaphunt clients and will be responsible for creating strong client experiences by providing exceptional support and advice at every point in the client's journey .

You will be responsible for:

• On-boarding new customers, training end-users and providing ongoing support to ensure high levels of customer engagement .
• Providing on-going support and advice to customers to ensure that they meet their hiring goals via Snaphunt
• Ensuring a strong flow of conversions and renewals from your customer portfolio
• Contributing to product development by understanding customers’ needs and providing regular insights and feedback to internal teams

• You possess a degree and have at least 2 years experience in a client facing role within a leading recruitment agency
• You possess strong experience in consultative sales and create strong partnerships with your clients
• You are highly goal driven and have a solid track record of success.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
