Snaphunt Pte Ltd – Head of Product Design

We are hiring a Head of Product Design to own product design end-to-end. You will partner closely with the CEO, product, and engineering to design a behaviour-first health product focused on long-term engagement and real health outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Owning product design strategy and execution across the platform
• Translating health logic, behaviour science, and AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences
• Leading design hands-on across UX, interaction design, and systems
• Working closely with engineering to define flows, write clear specs, and make pragmatic design trade-offs
• Defining core user journeys, habit formation mechanisms, and retention-driven design patterns
• Deciding what not to design to avoid shallow engagement or user burnout
• Studying and applying patterns from health apps, social platforms, and offline health experiences

Ideal Candidate

• You have 6+ years of hands-on experience across product and design, with deep exposure to user research, user psychology, and behaviour design, ideally in health or wellness contexts
• You have strong experience in user journey mapping, optimization, and retention-driven design
• You have owned the full design lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery and ideation to prototyping, usability testing, and production-ready delivery
• You have experience designing AI-driven products, including conversational systems, chat interfaces, or chatbots, and widgets or analytical components within chat-based flows
• Hands-on experience with healthcare, medical, or wellness products, and familiarity with wearables ecosystems and health markers
• You are comfortable working closely with engineering teams and rigorously debating product decisions before translating them into user-facing solutions
• You are passionate about health, fitness, and longevity, with a strong user-first perspective on consumer health products
• You are curious, self-driven, adaptable, and operate with an AI-first mindset
