The Job
As a graduate talent consultant receive top-notch training on sourcing & engaging talent and will work with the team to build talent pools in various specialist areas of focus. You will identify talent proactively and build pipelines using both inbound and outbound channels. You will additionally work with the product and technology teams to suggest opportunities to automate this wherever possible.
This role offers excellent opportunity to progress into team management, marketing or customer success roles in the future.
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience including some exposure in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- You possess an outstanding track record of success.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organisation.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
- You are highly goal driven team player and work well in fast paced environments.
