The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

• Ensuring safety of all players
• Giving hints through intercom to the players
• Cashiering duties
• Answer phone call regarding bookings of game
• Understand game knowledge
• Reset room for upcoming games for players
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
• Ascertaining customer's needs and recommending and displaying items that meet these.
• Managing the point-of-sale processes.
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
