The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code.
• Gathering and evaluating user feedback.
• Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliver winning products.
• Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
• Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.
• Generating IT budget in conjunction with other stake holders.
• Managing overall IT operations ranging from infrastructure to application.
• Managing day-to-day stakeholder interaction, identifying needs and evaluating solutions.
• Working with other internal stakeholders as well as third party vendors to ensure solutions are in line with current & future business requirements.
• Analysing product performance and redesigning as required.
• Designing, developing and managing activities from product definition & planning to production and release.
• Developing product strategy and roadmap.
• Managing prioritisation and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support.
• Working cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure timely and quality release of product/ enhancements.

Ideal Candidate

• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a solid track record in IT business partnering roles and driving technology initiatives and programmes across the business.
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• You possess strong knowledge of HTML5 / CSS, Javascript, Java, React Native, ReactJS, Ruby on Rails, WordPress, VueJS and AngularJS.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
