The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensure meticulous documentation of financial data
• Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports as required by Management. 
• Make judicious decisions and plans while adhering to legal and regulatory obligations
• Exercise control over expenses in line with approved budget to maximum profits
• Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure prompt collection of receivables
• Prepare comprehensive profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, budgets and business plans including projections room revenue Reconcile bank statements regularly 
• Diligently follow up on overdue payments, reporting bad debts while managing cash flow effectively
• Provide financial consultancy service to Management, offering insights for developing promotions to increase revenues or implementing cost-cutting measures to reduce expenses

Ideal Candidate

• BSc in Accounting, Finance or ACCA
• At least 3 years experience within a Financial Controller role, ideally within the Hospitality industry
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
