The Job

In this role, you will be building an efficient monitoring system and automating software workflows with robust CI/CD systems. You will also be responsible for:

• Providing tech troubleshooting support for our customer dev/engineering teams
• Escalating mission-critical technical issues and proactively resolving them with the team
• Optimising cloud infrastructure using automation tools and operation platforms
• Participating in fault-tolerant architecture design and implementation

The Profile

• You have at least a Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields
• You have at least 2 years of experience with Bash/Python scripting
• Extensive knowledge of any Linux-based operating system (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) is required
• You have a fundamental understanding of computer networks, containers and hands-on-experience with Docker
• You are familiar with version control (Git) and CI/CD processes
• You ideally have experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift) and cloud infrastructure management (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• You demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are a strong team player who can liaise with various stakeholders
