The Job

Our client is looking for a Customer Support Associate who will handle customer request in via email or phone.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and analyzing problems and recommending corrective actions via articles/solutions accordingly.
  • Scheduling problem-solving calls with learners who might need help.
  • Assisting existing and prospective customers with assessments whenever required.
  • Forwarding requests to responsible departments to collaborate in accordance with processes.
  • Updating, translating and /or creating “frequently asked questions” articles.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • You have a very good level of English and Japanese to be able to effectively liaise to different stakeholders across the region.
  • You have good comfort level with MS Office and basic knowledge of OSes/browsers.
  • You have a strong drive for learning and taking up challenges.
