The Job

Key responsibilities areas:

  • Monitor daily jobs dispatch to drivers
  • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure customers' inquiries are attended to.
  • Provide advisory to drivers or evaluate changes
  • Coordinate between drivers, customers and partners.
  • Ensure exceptions are resolved.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties.

Ideal Candidate

Key Competencies:

  • Minimum 1 year in Coordination related work experience
  • Able to start work in short notice
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
