The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Handling all inbound and outbound calls with the utmost professionalism
  • Managing emails, chats and public relations responses
  • Attending to walk-in customers and providing the best customer experience
  • Promptly updating any customer related information
  • Performing daily administrative-related tasks as assigned

The Profile

  • You ideally have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Sales Operations/ Support role. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
