The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Handling all inbound and outbound calls with the utmost professionalism
 - Managing emails, chats and public relations responses
 - Attending to walk-in customers and providing the best customer experience
 - Promptly updating any customer related information
 - Performing daily administrative-related tasks as assigned
 
The Profile
- You ideally have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Sales Operations/ Support role. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
 - You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
 - You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
 - You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
