The Job

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Build strong relationships with in-market developer communities through various platforms (community channels, social media, technical forums, blogs etc.) to understand the diverse needs of global developer communities.
  • Conceptualize and execute hyper-localized community engagement strategies to build up a vibrant community around our brands.
  • Engage with developers in our community channels on a day-to-day basis, providing tools and resources to support their developer experience.
  • Work closely with our Partnership Manager to design and operationalize our Global Ambassador Program to help strengthen outreach capabilities and network..
  • Work closely with our Marketing Manager to cultivate our brands’ social media presence to better target developer communities.
  • Oversee the implementation of a measurable communication and engagement tool/platform to provide insightful metrics on engagement performance.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • Must be comfortable with working U.S. West Coast timing (Pacific Timing, PT)
  • Must be fluent in English for ease of communication with the developer community; additional fluency in another language in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with communicating and interacting with an international network
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment and is adept at scaling and growing programs
  • Experience in working with, building or managing developers communities preferred
  • Experience in managing community channels on Slack, Discord, etc. preferred
