The Job


In this role, you will be involved in reception duties, community management and operations, event & sales activities. You will be the main point of contact for members and guests, ensuring the space is maintained according to the company's standards and managing member's welfare events.
You will be responsible for :

  • Attending to all enquiries via phone and walk-ins and directing them to the correct channels
  • Managing guest passes and guest pass system at the front desk
  • Managing the onboarding of new members, ensuring office spaces is set up in a timely manner.
  • Managing mail, collection of cheque and cash membership payments and filing all vendor invoices received.
  • Engaging with members and connect them to each other and/or to partners where appropriate
  • Opening the space for operations and closing the space at the end of business day
  • Administrative point-of-contact between various spaces and HQ
  • Managing inventory of marketing collaterals & stationery
  • Supporting members with operational/IT-related requests.
  • Assisting with walk in tours when Membership Team are not available

 

The Profile

  • You have at least 2 years experience within Customer Experience / Real Estate.
  • You are organised and have demonstrated experience in delivering work of high standards.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
