The Job

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and ambitious Business Process Executive to join their Sales team and build a strong portfolio of clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Supporting customer helpdesk.
  • Following up on trouble tickets.
  • Tuning business processes for efficiency.
  • Collaborating with biz units to achieve service levels.
  • Participating in User Acceptance Testing and process improvement projects.

Ideal Candidate

Skills required:

  • You possess a degree/diploma in any discipline
  • You have experience with service processes in the Financial Services industry.
  • You are highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • You have a strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.
  • You have familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce) would be a plus.
