Your Responsibilities will include:
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Setting weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and driving them to achieve these.
- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
- Handling end-to-end business development activities landing new Business from various domains.
- Involved in Cold calling, Lead generation, business proposals & involved in client relations.
- Will be Managing all key parameters – Ownership, Stakeholder management, negotiations, agreement closure and repeat business.
- Will be involved in Business promotional activities, Market research, Competition analysis, and finding newer avenues for tapping clients.
- Having at least 2+ years of Business development experience is a must.
- Preferred candidates from IT Services/Staffing & Consulting background.
- A passion for work, ability to drive results, identify new business opportunities, and manage pipelines with demonstrated ability to achieve new business logos.
- Excellent Written & Verbal skills are required.
- Should be good at analytical & interpersonal skills.
- Must be Effective at client interaction, and client Acquisition.
- Should be a great team player involved in all the activities.
- Ability to work independently but also contribute as a member of the team.
