The Job
Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operation of the customer service department (phone calls, emails & internal system)
- Create weekly and monthly reports
- Interacting with customers and handling customers' queries
- Maintaining relationships with profitable customers
- Other ad-hoc Assignments
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- Graduating students with Diploma in Business/Finance
- Good communication (i.e. writing and speaking)
- Attention to detail, initiative, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
