The Job

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Business Development Executive to join our client’s dynamic staffing and recruitment division. This is a confidential role representing a fast-scaling manpower solutions provider based in Singapore, backed by a reputable engineering and infrastructure group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business development and client acquisition across key sectors such as IT, Construction, Aerospace, and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and secure new clients requiring staffing solutions across target industries.
  • Promote and sell end-to-end recruitment and workforce solutions, both permanent and contract hiring.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of client mandates.
  • Maintain CRM and provide weekly reports on sales progress and client engagements.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations aligned to client needs and market trends.
  • Assist in post-sales relationship management to foster long-term partnerships.

Ideal Candidate

You have at least 3 years' experience within a B2B Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Consulting and Staffing / Executive Search industry.

  • You are experienced in any of the sectors—IT, Construction, Aerospace, or Healthcare—is a strong advantage.
  • You are self-motivated with a hunter mindset and are eager to work in a growth-stage environment.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
