The Job

As a Business Development Analyst, you would be reporting to the Business Development Manager and be responsible for B2B sales within the country.

 

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Performing market research as well as generating new leads by identifying potential clients through cold calling, email marketing, SEM, SEO, and other techniques.
  • Categorizing hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities. Accordingly, taking the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads.
  • Identifying new business opportunities by participating in webinars, conferences and networking sessions with peers and target clients.
  • Identifying sales leads and pitching services to new clients while conducting research on target clients. 
  • Qualifying leads to understand their pain points and identify the decision makers while pitching our solutions over phone/ email and setting up follow up meetings for client demos/ presentations. 
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities. 

 

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

  • You have 1+ years of experience within a Business Development / Account Manager/ Sales role, ideally within the SaaS/ tech industry.
  • You are determined to reach or exceed goals regardless of challenges and can thrive well in a fast-paced environment. 
  • You have experience in using CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar.
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder with excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a curious-minded individual who loves wearing multiple hats.
