The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

General Duties

  • Cost posting and validation of billing
  • Responsible for billing to customers.
  • Staff on and off boarding
  • Employees work pass/S pass administration
  • Employee engagement
  • Ad-hoc projects
  • Providing support in the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives.
  • Co-ordination and administration of HR & Admin matters.
  • Assist in verifying shipments costs, rectifying them if discrepancies are found
  • Reconcile creditors statements
  • Sending statements, allocating receipt and chasing debtors, arrange payment when needed

Customer Focus

  • Be polite and respond positively at all times to customers/colleagues.
  • Respond to operational staff/customer queries.
  • Wear your company identity card at all times.

Personal Compliance/Health & Safety

  • Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to the care of equipment.
  • Be aware of the standards expected in respect of the job, attendance, timekeeping and behaviour and the standards set out in the handbook and the HR Policy Manual.
  • Adhere to the company Health and Safety Policy, Dress Code policy.
  • Make sure you understand and adhere to any existing policy changes or any new policies.

Personal Development

  • Complete annual appraisals in line with B&H standards with the Line Manager.
  • Ensure all mandatory training is completed within the required time frames and refresher courses are completed prior to the expiry date.

Ideal Candidate

  • Customer focussed, Flexible, Attention to detail
  • Work proactively using your own initiative. Proven communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Computer literate
  • Self-motivated
  • Experience in office administration and Accounting.
  • 9-6 pm Monday to Friday
